Cost:  Early Registration (before May 1) $270/person; Late Registration (after May 1) $299/person

1. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $50 per person is due at the time of registration.

2. The second payment of $100 per person is due by April 1, 2019
3. The final balance and all forms are due June 1, 2019
4. Failure to pay balance by June 1, 2019 could result in spaces being sold without refund.

5. We are not able to give refunds for any reason.
6. If additional spaces are reserved later, the rate will be based on when the additional deposits are received

_____ Late Processing Fee:
1. Late payments and forms result in additional administrative costs to all attendees.
2. If final payment and all required forms are not received by June 1, 2019 a late fee of $100 will be assessed.

_____ Damages: Our church understands and agrees that we are financially responsible for any damage to Freedom Camp’s property, the property of the camp venue, or the property of anyone attending this camp, by any person attending with our church. We will immediately reimburse Freedom Camp or the property owner for the repair of any such damage.

I understand that each camper rate is determined by the DATE YOUR DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED per camper (not per church). I have read, understand, and agree with the Freedom Camp’s Group Registration form and have the authority to make this commitment on behalf of our church and I have the authority to obligate our church to these terms.
